Key Responsibilities:

• Assist administrative tasks as directed by the Principal

• Operate and maintain school office equipment

• Collaborate with staff for efficient school operation

• Handle communication with parents and visitors

Requirements:

• Two-year diploma in office administration highly preferred

• Minimum one year office experience, preferably in education

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently with deadlines
