Avail CPA is looking for an Administrative Assistant with a focus on customer service and office efficiency. In this role, you will prepare year-end client packages, e-file tax returns, and manage document scanning and filing. With your strong organizational skills and attention to detail, support a cooperative culture fostering growth and community involvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare year-end packages for client submissions
• E-file tax returns and related documents accurately
• Scan and electronically file important records
• Provide reception and switchboard coverage
• Perform various general administrative functions
Requirements:
• Strong relationship-building skills with clients and team members
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel applications
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Maintain confidentiality in all tasks
