Enhance auction readiness as a Part-Time Temporary Refurbishing Coordinator, based in the yard office. This role involves working closely with mechanics and managing refurb activities to support sales.
As a coordinator, you will oversee all auction and non-auction refurbishments, efficiently handling multiple vendors and scheduling their work. You will maintain communication with Territory Managers, customers, and the Equipment Manager to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate all auction and non-auction refurb activities
• Manage and schedule mechanics and vendors effectively
• Communicate refurb requirements with Territory Managers
• Inspect equipment and create work orders as needed
• Track invoices to verify accuracy in cost sheets
Requirements:
• 2+ years of mechanical or service experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Support operational excellence and customer satisfaction as the Refurbishing Coordinator.
