Select People Solutions is partnering with our client to recruit a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to support daily office operations and administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of administration and accounting-related responsibilities, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly.

Compensation &

Hours:

• The rate of pay will be $21–24/hr, depending on experience

• Full-time, temporary position

• Monday to Friday, daytime hours

Position Summary:

• Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and document management

• Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with customer and vendor inquiries

• Process and track accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

• Prepare invoices and follow up on outstanding payments as needed

• Maintain accurate records and ensure information is entered correctly

• Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and office coordination tasks

• Support reporting and administrative projects as required

• Help maintain efficient office procedures and workflows

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an administrative or office support role

• Experience with AP/AR processes

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Bonus Points For:

• Bookkeeping experience

• Familiarity with accounting software such as Quick Books or Sage

• Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field

• Experience assisting with reconciliations or basic financial reporting
