Leverage Tek Staffing Solutions is actively seeking a Senior Business Lead for 12
-month contract with its Ottawa based customer.

Work Location

Hybrid – 1x/day on site a week HQ in Ottawa or Toronto

Key Tasks

Provide leadership for complex large-scale projects.

• Analyze the business needs of members, regulators and stakeholders to propose solutions to identified problems as well as opportunities for enhancement.
• Conduct research and analysis as well as gathering requirements from users, members, and stakeholders. This includes the interpretation of data to make sound and actionable recommendations.
• Provide a business expertise interface role between management, Financial Institutions, and other external stakeholders, ensuring that issues impacting members are identified and resolutions analyzed.
• Prepare artifacts and other documentation used to engage and collaborate with all levels of the organization as well as external stakeholders.
• Understand developments in the broader domestic and international payments ecosystem and the implications on current operations at organization.
• Mentor staff within the team.

Key Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience as a progressive leader
• 5+ years of experience in establishing and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Experienced in leading complex, large scale projects involving multiple stakeholders with varying interests

Qualifications:

• Ability to gather and synthesize information in a concise and clear manner.
• Superior oral and written communications skills, with the ability to develop and deliver briefings and presentations for senior audiences.
• University degree or college diploma in business administration or related field.
• Ability to influence and drive work forward
• Ability to develop high quality documentation for senior and external audiences

Assets:

• Bilingualism is considered an asset.
