Position:
Manager, Commercial Banking – Private Wealth Management 1859 team (Hybrid, Permanent, Full-Time). Based in Lethbridge.

• Develop and manage client portfolio of small to medium‑sized businesses.
• Meet business development objectives by proposing tailored financial solutions.
• Seize referral opportunities and foster synergy across the Bank.
• Conduct financial analysis and design financing scenarios.
• Negotiate product terms and ensure profitability criteria are met.
• Ensure service quality standards and comply with risk management rules.
• Identify business opportunities for the Bank’s products and services.
• Participate in visibility activities in the local market.
• Identify risks associated with the sector’s activities.

• University certificate and 7 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience.
• Master’s degree and 3 years of experience.
• Experience in business development.
• Knowledge of financial statement analysis.
• Established qualified network of local SMEs.
