Key Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and monthly utility billing

• Perform credit card reconciliation and journal entries

• Manage accounts receivable and issue invoices

• Address inquiries and assist with financial transactions

• Balance cash receipts and manage bank deposits

Requirements:

• High school diploma; accounting certificate preferred

• Experience in clerical and accounting activities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Quickbooks

• Strong multi-tasking and time management abilities
