Position: Client Service Representative at ATB Financial
Become the friendly face of ATB Financial as a Client Service Representative in Lethbridge. You will engage clients, understand their financial needs, and guide them towards personalized banking solutions.

This temporary 18-month role focuses on helping clients navigate their financial goals while building strong relationships. You will introduce clients to digital banking tools and ensure seamless interactions by collaborating with internal teams. Strong customer service, problem-solving skills, and adaptability are key attributes for this role.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 graduate; business courses preferred

• Proven customer service or sales experience

• Strong numerical aptitude

• Familiarity with personal lending products is a plus

• Previous banking experience preferred
