Servus Financial Advisor

Position: Servus Financial Advisor Full-Time
Join Servus Credit Union in Lethbridge as a Financial Advisor, dedicated to providing tailored financial guidance to our members. This full-time, in-person position focuses on building meaningful relationships and enhancing financial literacy.

In this role, you’ll leverage your customer service experience to educate members while cross-selling financial products. You'll be responsible for managing loans, ensuring compliance, and participating in continuous performance growth through coaching and goal setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support members in utilizing all service delivery channels

• Provide small business lending and investment advice

• Conduct regular audits and manage compliance risks

• Help maintain audit consciousness and comply with laws

• Hold regular retention and proactive outreach calls

Requirements:

• At least 3-4 years of customer service experience

• Minimum 2-3 years in lending/credit or investments

• Ability to meet sales targets consistently

• Proficient in financial technology and software

• Relevant financial education certifications an asset
