At the University of Lethbridge, we speak in perspectives. We are located in the heart of traditional Blackfoot Confederacy territory in southern Alberta with campuses in Lethbridge and Calgary. ULethbridge is more than a place to learn — it’s a place to build a career and make a lasting impact. We are one of Canada’s top universities and leading research institutions with more than 8,000 undergraduate and graduate students.
We are an inclusive university that values diverse experiences and backgrounds. Our people are our greatest strength, and we are dedicated to fostering growth and success for all of our people. Together, we transform lives and communities.
Together, We Shape Tomorrow
The Future Systems and Processes (FSP) program is a multi-year initiative to modernize the university’s finance, human resource, and student information processes and systems (ERP/SIS) and facilitate the adoption and successful implementation of a next-generation platform for long-term operational excellence that best supports our diverse community. As we create the capacity to support the program, some postings will be for roles within the project itself, while others will be hired to fulfill operational responsibilities so that experienced professionals can focus on planning and implementing the critical improvements that this program will deliver.
The backfill positions, along with FSP program-specific positions, are funded entirely through dedicated project reserves, underscoring our commitment to responsible financial stewardship and long-term planning.
The Senior Human Resources Consultant (SHRC) will contribute to advancing the University of Lethbridge as one of Canada’s top ranked universities and support a workplace that values excellence, wellbeing and inclusion. This includes advising on employee and labour relations, organizational change and restructuring, and classification and compensation matters. Working collaboratively with colleagues in the Human Resources Department, the Provost’s Office, and the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Office, the SHRC will develop and deliver HR services that are responsive, equitable, inclusive, meet operational requirements, and are aligned with strategic priorities, operational initiatives, and the academic mission of the university.
