Position: Oracle HCM Specialist - Absence & Benefits Focus
Take on a pivotal role in Toronto as an Oracle HCM Specialist focusing on Absence Management and Benefits in a hybrid setting. This long-term contract invites your advanced knowledge in Cloud configurations.

We are searching for an Oracle HCM Consultant with at least 5 years of Cloud experience, particularly in the Absence Management and Benefits modules. Your responsibilities will include configuration, stakeholder interaction, and efficient testing processes to drive HR solutions. Experience in reporting and integrations is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support HCM Cloud Absence and Benefits

• Design, implement, and test relevant processes

• Collaborate closely with HR and business stakeholders

• Develop training materials and documentation

• Ensure effective post-go-live support

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience

• Proficient in Absence Management and Benefits
