Become an HR Administrator with BAUER, based in Burnaby, BC or Oakville, ON, and support key HR functions within the construction industry. You will enhance the employee experience through dedicated administrative work and problem-solving.
As a vital part of the HR team, you will report to the National Director of Human Resources.
Your role includes responding to inquiries, managing employee records, and facilitating onboarding and offboarding processes. A keen eye for detail will serve you well in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits
• Maintain accurate personnel records within the HRIS system
• Prepare offer letters and employment documentation
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding procedures
• Support the performance evaluation process
Requirements:
• Education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar
• Minimum of 2 years in HR or related administrative roles
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency and HRIS experience
• Familiarity with unionized and non-unionized environments
Utilize your HR expertise to make a meaningful contribution at BAUER in enhancing HR processes.
