Position: Strategic HR Manager at BLS International
Join BLS International as a Strategic Human Resources Manager, focusing on global HR governance and compliance. Drive impactful HR policies and payroll effectiveness across diverse regions.

This role requires a proactive approach to strengthen global HR practices at BLS International, with an emphasis on policy development, payroll administration, and employee lifecycle management. You'll work closely with regional HR teams across the Americas, LATAM, Africa, Middle East, and APAC to ensure alignment and execution of best practices.
