Become an integral part of GES as an HR Administrator, focusing on recruitment and employee services in a dynamic environment. Contribute to enhancing HR programs and compliance initiatives.
In this role, you'll perform vital administrative functions that support the HR Department's operations. You'll coordinate recruitment processes, keep records accurate, and engage in compliance research while providing front-line service. Your ability to multitask and foster teamwork will be essential in effectively managing HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the HR team with administrative tasks and initiatives
• Manage recruitment from job postings to candidate screening
• Maintain HR policies and comply with professional standards
• Prepare employee verification letters and assist with inquiries
• Participate in employee engagement and safety training
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of relevant HR administrative experience
• Strong fluency in English;
French skills are a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
• Proficient organizational skills and MS Office ability
