As a Human Resources Manager, you will lead a team dedicated to the smooth execution of HR operations while reporting to the Vice President of People and Culture.

Your role focuses on offering comprehensive business partner support in areas like workforce planning and conflict resolution, all while mentoring the HR Coordinator and enforcing compliance with Alberta employment laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support management and staff in resolving workplace issues

• Ensure HR practices comply with Alberta Employment Standards

• Oversee the complete employee lifecycle from hiring to exit

• Provide guidance to the HR Coordinator for skill development

• Monitor HR metrics and payroll processes closely

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources or similar discipline

• CPHR certification or progression is advantageous

• In-depth knowledge of HR compliance practices in Alberta

• Exceptional communication and professional skills

• Authorized to work in Canada
