Position: On-Site Zone Supervisor Role

Key tasks include evaluating staff performance, ensuring compliance with training standards, and maintaining effective communication. Key Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with key management personnel

• Evaluate and conduct team training sessions

• Implement operational improvements for clients

• Conduct security assessments and provide recommendations

• Communicate updates on operations to supervisors

Requirements:

• Alberta Security License is essential

• 1–2 years of relevant security experience required

• Supervisory experience of at least 1 year needed

• Educational background in Security Management is an asset

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
