Position: Plant Operations Leader at ADM
Join ADM as the Plant Operations Leader at its Lethbridge facility, managing daily operations and ensuring a strong safety culture. Focus on both immediate production and long-term strategic goals.

This key role oversees a dedicated group of 15 professionals, driving safety initiatives, quality assurance, and production optimization. You will lead efforts on compliance, colleague development, and cross-functional collaboration to fulfill the business plan effectively. Daily presence and involvement in operations will be critical for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead safety initiatives and compliance efforts

• Develop and mentor plant staff to achieve goals

• Optimize plant operations for quality and cost efficiency

• Manage capital projects and timeline adherence

• Collaborate with commercial leadership to address issues

Requirements:

• 5+ years of operations management experience

• Strong knowledge of plant processes and communication

• Proven ability to lead diverse teams effectively

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• BA/BS in engineering or significant management background preferred
