• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate operational risks

• Translate the CEO’s vision into actionable operational plans

• Report on performance metrics and recommend adjustments

Requirements:

• Over 4 years in progressive leadership roles

• Established track record in operations scaling

• Expertise in process improvement frameworks

• Capability to mentor and lead large teams

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
