Position: FedEx Operations Supervisor Role

As an Operations Supervisor, you will guide day-to-day sort activities and manage staff within the station. Your experience in Fed Ex sort operations or a related supervisory role will be essential for fostering an effective work environment. You'll ensure compliance with regulatory standards, contribute to employee training, and support the Safety Above All Culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead employees in package handling and service recovery

• Manage daily sort operations and oversee Cargo Handlers

• Direct work activities while mentoring and coaching staff

• Ensure compliance with FXE policies and government regulations

Requirements:

• College degree required

• 2 years of supervisory experience or Fed Ex sort operations

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

• Ability to lift packages up to 150 lbs

• Strong organizational and analytical skills
