Position: FedEx Operations Supervisor Role
Lead frontline operations with Fed Ex as an Operations Supervisor, ensuring safety, compliance, and effective management of cargo handling. Manage day-to-day sort operations while mentoring and coaching your team.

In this pivotal role, you will supervise staff, oversee sort operations, and guarantee adherence to Fed Ex policies and regulations. Your focus will be on resolving service issues and maintaining high operational standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead employees in proper package handling and routing

• Oversee Cargo Handlers within your station

• Manage daily sort operations and workflow activities

• Mentor and train staff to ensure compliance

Requirements:

• College degree required

• 2 years experience in Fed Ex sort operations or supervisory role

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record

• Skills in mentoring and conflict resolution

• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy packages
