Your expertise will be paramount in overseeing all aspects of the facilities department, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and sustainability goals. You will lead a team while administering a budget of $1.75 million, and capital grant funding while enhancing campus infrastructure. Experience in managing capital projects and facility maintenance is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and lead a diverse facilities maintenance team
• Administer operational budgets and manage CMR funding
• Facilitate planning for utility infrastructure and renovations
• Drive continuous improvement in service delivery
• Supervise capital project management across campus
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• At least seven years of facilities leadership experience
• PMP certification desirable
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
• Commitment to health and safety and diversity principles
