This role focuses on enhancing customer experiences and ensuring smooth operational processes at Mark's. You will offer mentorship and guidance to your team while managing B2B functions and compliance measures, backed by 3-5 years of retail experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure excellent service delivery and coaching
• Lead eCommerce fulfillment and order management
• Supervise daily operations and compliance adherence
• Facilitate training and performance management for staff
• Coordinate annual inventory preparations
Requirements:
• Proven retail experience of 3-5 years
• Strong mentoring and leadership skills
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Energetic, enthusiastic attitude toward store management
• Basic computer knowledge is required
