Position: Frontline Supervisor, FedEx Operations

In this position, you will supervise day-to-day operations at a Fed Ex station while upholding the principles of the Safety Above All Culture.

Your role is essential in mentoring and training Cargo Handlers to ensure compliance with both Fed Ex policies and governmental regulations. You're the driving force behind efficient package handling and service recovery, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide employees in effective package handling methods

• Supervise station sort functions and activities

• Mentor and coach team for compliance support

• Manage service failures and implement corrective actions

• Maintain adherence to all policies and regulations

Requirements:

• College degree required for consideration

• 2 years of supervisory or Fed Ex operational experience

• Must have a valid license with a good driving record

• Ability to lift heavy packages as needed

• Strong planning and organizational skills
