This role is perfect for a commercial General Contractor with a solid 10+ years’ experience managing diverse construction projects. You will guide multiple tenant improvement projects, spanning medical, office, retail, and financial sectors, from initial tendering to project close-out. Close collaboration with Site Managers ensures projects are completed successfully and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee various tenant improvement projects efficiently

• Work closely with Site Managers on-site

• Drive budget management, client relations, and project planning

• Ensure organized project execution and accountability

• Develop relationships with repeat clients to ensure project success

Requirements:

• At least 10 years in commercial project management

• Extensive experience with tenant improvement projects

• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously

• Comfortable handling budgets and risk management

• Self-driven and organized with minimal oversight required
