Senior Project Manager for Healthcare Projects

Lead crucial healthcare construction projects as a Senior Project Manager with Health Shared Services.

Your role will encompass full project oversight from initiation to execution.

Reporting directly to the Director, you'll manage diverse healthcare facility projects within the Capital Management portfolio. Your leadership will ensure successful project outcomes, driving stakeholder engagement and adhering to quality standards. You'll implement risk management while mentoring your teams across various project stages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage comprehensive project life cycle from initiation to close-out

• Make key decisions impacting project delivery and quality

• Develop stakeholder engagement strategies and communication plans

• Ensure risk management processes are effectively implemented

• Coordinate budgets, procurement, and contract administration

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture or Engineering; PMP preferred

• 7-9 years of relevant project management experience

• Valid Alberta Driver’s License essential

• Strong skills in project management software

• Knowledge of healthcare facility construction codes and standards
