As a Facility Services Manager, you are central to daily operations and vendor relationships. Your leadership will inspire team members while you oversee tasks such as recruiting and mentoring. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage service request work orders and interactions with vendors
• Ensure timely resolution of priority tasks to meet KPIs
• Conduct inspections of vendor work orders and verify details
• Handle invoicing issues and approve billing processes
• Collaborate with clients for effective service management
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in Facility or Vendor Management
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
• Excellent communication and training abilities
• Familiarity with compliance requirements
Drive quality and compliance in facilities management, ensuring seamless service delivery at BGIS.
