Position: Fort Macleod Full-Time Motel Supervisor

Join our team as a full-time Motel Supervisor in Fort Macleod, Alberta, and contribute to effective guest services and staff management. This hands-on role requires on-site commitment.

You will supervise a small team of 3-4 employees while facilitating work schedules and performing key duties. Responsibilities include assisting guests with special needs, reviewing staff performance, and training new hires in their roles. This is a permanent position, and you must be present at the location to fulfill your duties.

• Develop and implement effective work schedules

Requirements:

• High school graduation required

• Experience of 1 to 7 months preferred

• Must work at the motel location
