Position: Field Supervisor at Sunrise Farms
Lead poultry operations with Sunrise Farms as a Live Haul Field Supervisor, where you’ll ensure humane practices and oversee catching operations. Drive efficiency and safety in a key supervisory role.

As a Live Haul Field Supervisor, you'll collaborate with the Live Haul Operations Manager to manage on-farm operations effectively. This role focuses on humane bird handling, monitoring live haul processes, and maintaining a clean environment for both birds and staff. You'll also be active in overseeing the safe usage of farm equipment and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor overall catching and live haul operations

• Supervise humane catching of live birds

• Operate forklift as needed

• Maintain a clean environment for birds and staff

• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards

Requirements:

• Class 1 license with Air required

• Forklift license is an asset (training provided)

• Minimum 2 years in leadership roles

• Strong attention to detail

• Flexibility regarding shifts required
