The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Owner/Partner, you’ll take ownership of:

Managing & reviewing compilation engagements.

Preparing and reviewing personal, corporate, trust, and charity returns.

Overseeing workflow, staff performance, and team development.

Building trusted, face‑to‑face relationships with clients.

For the right individual, this role can be a springboard to partnership as part of the firm’s long‑term succession plan.

What You BringCPA designation in good standing.
2+ years at the Manager level in public practice.

Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team.
