Job Description
Select is pleased to be working with our client as they search for an experienced and creative Communications Coordinator to support internal and external communications initiatives. Compensation &
Hours:
• The rate of pay will be $23-26/hr, depending on experience
• Full-time, permanent position
Position Summary:
• Support communications efforts across channels, including digital, print, and social
• Draft and edit content such as newsletters, press releases, web copy, and internal announcements
• Coordinate messaging in alignment with organizational goals
• Assist with media relations, community engagement, and public outreach
• Track and analyze communications metrics and reporting
• Liaise with internal teams to gather information and maintain consistent brand voice
• Support event communications and promotional activities
Required Qualifications:
• Proven communications experience with strong writing and editing skills
• Comfortable managing social media platforms and content calendars
• Excellent organizational and project-management abilities
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Bonus Points For:
• Experience with basic graphic design or content creation tools
• Knowledge of communications strategy and analytics tools
