Dentist Finder is a rapidly growing platform helping patients across Canada find their ideal dentist based on their needs and preferences. We are building the future of how patients discover and book dental care online.
We're currently growing 15%+ month over month and expanding into major cities across Canada. Our goal is to become the default starting point when someone needs a new dentist. We are now investing in building a category-defining brand.
Role OverviewWe’re seeking a hands‑on Brand & Content Lead who can build, manage, and scale both:
- The founder’s personal brand (Meta, Tik Tok, Linked In)
- The Dentist Finder company brand (Meta, Tik Tok, X, etc)
This is not a traditional social media role. You will be responsible for building a structured content engine that strengthens category association and brand recall.
Your core objective:
When someone needs a dentist, they think Dentist Finder.
You will work directly with the founder to shape brand positioning, script high‑performing short‑form videos, manage production, and optimize content performance. Increasing brand search, organic traffic, and patient bookings are key success metrics.

Competitive base + 0.1% – 0.3% equity

Part‑time (with full‑time opportunities)
Location:
Remote (within Canada or US)
- Develop and execute a comprehensive short‑form content strategy for both the founder and Dentist Finder brand accounts.
- Build and manage structured content calendars for each account while ensuring message alignment.
- Script high‑performing hooks and short‑form video concepts optimized for retention and engagement.
- Oversee & coordinate with video producer to maintain consistent, high‑quality output.
- Manage publishing, captions, scheduling, and platform optimization.
- Drive engagement and community management across both accounts.
- Track analytics including retention, follower growth, brand search growth, and organic traffic impact.
- Continuously iterate strategy based on performance data and brand objectives.
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in content strategy, brand building, or short‑form social growth.
- Deep understanding of Tik Tok and Instagram retention mechanics and hook writing.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Ability to think in positioning, repetition, and long‑term brand building — not just trends.
- Experience building or supporting founder‑led brands is highly preferred.
- Highly organized and capable of managing end‑to‑end content workflows.
- Comfortable directing on‑camera talent and providing direct feedback.
- Have helped grow both a personal brand and company brand simultaneously.
- Have experience in marketplaces, healthcare, or consumer tech.
- Can share case studies demonstrating measurable brand or traffic impact.

This is not a support role — you will build and own our content engine end‑to‑end.
