This executive role focuses on elevating the Foundation's fundraising capabilities during a critical growth phase. Reporting to the CEO, you will design strategies to deepen donor engagement and foster long-term relationships. Requirements:

• Comfortable representing the organization publicly

• Ability to navigate complex emotional conversations

• Experience in healthcare or charitable fundraising preferred
