Outside Sales Representative

Select People Solutions is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join our client’s team. Successful candidates will be working to build business relationships with key clients across North America. • The rate of pay will be $60-$70K/year

sales plans for growth and client diversification
• Visit client sites and plant visits for tours that allow you to then hold technical discussions and assess client needs
• Work as the primary point of contact for clients through North America and build long-term relationships
• Identify target industries, new clients, and other opportunities to pursue – including the development of targeted sales plans
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to determine client quotes, create client goals, and clearly defined expectations for projects
• Complete reports for sales performances, market trends, and competitor activities
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events as a company representative
• Maintain accurate records for contacts, opportunities, and next steps

• Must be located in the Lethbridge area
• 3-5 years of experience in outside sales, within manufacturing or industrial industries
• Strong mechanical aptitude, including the ability to read technical plans and drawings within manufacturing settings
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to build strong relationships with others following a strong first impression
• Ability to travel 50% of the time through North America (valid passport is required)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
