In this position, you will spearhead initiatives to grow dairy sales and forge strong relationships with producers. Your successful track record in dairy sales will be crucial as you identify growth opportunities and implement territory sales plans. You’ll partner with technical teams to develop nutritional solutions that resonate with customer needs and drive value.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and enhance dairy sales across the assigned region
• Identify new business opportunities through market analysis
• Manage territory sales plans in line with company objectives
• Foster strong client partnerships to understand challenges
• Resolve client issues and drive sustainable business results
Requirements:
• Proven experience in dairy sales in Southern Alberta
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong business acumen and initiative
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly
• Relevant post-secondary education (agriculture or related discipline preferred)
