• Build strong relationships by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.

• Manage collections activities for all past‑due financial accounts.
• Secure all required information to fulfill customer applications for products and services with strong attention to detail.

• Excellent communicator who is people‑ and results‑oriented, looking to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
• Experience in a customer‑facing environment and comfortable interacting with customers over the phone.
• Strong objection handling and negotiation skills.
• Financially motivated sales representatives who thrive in fast‑paced and competitive environments.
• Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, and credit).
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada on a full‑time basis at the time of application; we do not provide sponsorship.

We are offering $20.00 – $21.00/hour CAD for this role, plus the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses.
