Qualifications & Expectations

Results‑oriented seller with at least 2 years of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills that demonstrate care.

Ability to charm and captivate audiences, connecting with people at all levels.

Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and a proven ability to deliver positive results.

Mastery of time management, setting & adjusting priorities, and delegating tasks effectively.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and retail point‑of‑sale systems.

Minimum 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.

Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.

Must complete an mandatory assessment emailed upon application submission.
