Foothills Group is looking for a high-energy, relationship-driven Service Sales Representative to grow our presence in Lethbridge and surrounding areas.

This is not an order-taking role. We’re looking for someone who thrives on building relationships, creating opportunities, solving problems, and closing deals. Someone who takes ownership of their territory, enjoys the challenge of earning trust, and wants to help customers keep their fleets moving.

In this role, you’ll generate new business while growing existing accounts by selling repair, maintenance, and fleet service solutions to companies across Southern Alberta. You’ll spend time prospecting, cold calling, networking, and building long-term relationships with fleet managers, operators, and business owners. You’ll also act as the connection between our customers and service team by communicating repair progress, timelines, and solutions clearly and professionally.

We’re looking for someone with experience in B2B sales, service advising, account management, or the mechanical and heavy‑duty industry. You should be confident with cold calling, follow‑ups, and closing business while managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Strong communication skills, organization, and a competitive mindset are critical for success in this role. Mechanical or heavy‑duty industry knowledge is considered a major asset.
