Customer-Focused Parts Counter Sales

At Select People Solutions, we are looking for a detail-oriented individual to support daily parts operations. This role entails engaging with customers both in person and over the phone. You will identify the right parts, prepare quotes, process orders, and maintain organized inventory records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with parts inquiries and recommendations

• Prepare quotes and process sales transactions

• Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory

• Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the parts department

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or inventory management

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Comfortable using computers and inventory systems
