Director of LTC Sales, Western

Lead the LTC sales efforts at Cardinal Health Canada as the Director for Western Canada. This role merges strategic leadership with hands-on management to drive sales results across British Columbia and Alberta.

You will guide a motivated team of Territory Managers and a Clinical Specialist, ensuring effective execution of sales strategies and meeting revenue goals. Your focus will be on building lasting relationships with long-term care facilities while supporting your team to exceed performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and mentor the Western LTC sales force

• Achieve assigned quotas and profitability metrics

• Develop and execute territory strategies effectively

• Collaborate on national sales approaches

• Build and maintain relationships with key health stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience desired

• 8+ years in sales/industry roles required

• Experience in sales leadership is essential

• Proven success in sales quota achievements necessary

• Strong communication and project management skills required
