Position: Customer-Focused Store Associate Role
Join Sherwin-Williams in Lethbridge as a Store Associate, where customer service meets product expertise. Be the first point of contact for customers and create trust in every interaction.

In this position, you will work closely with customers to find the right paint and related products while resolving any concerns to ensure satisfaction. Your ability to meet sales goals and maintain visually appealing store standards will contribute to the overall success of the store. Stay informed on product features to assist customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and support

• Recommend products based on customer needs

• Build productive relationships with retail and wholesale customers

• Maintain accurate sales records and work orders

• Load and unload delivery trucks when necessary

Requirements:

• Must be at least eighteen years old

• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License required

• Capability to lift materials up to 70 lbs occasionally

• One year of relevant experience preferred

• Strong communication skills in multiple languages are advantageous
