Become a pivotal part of South Country Co-op as a Grow Team Advisor at the Agro Centre in Broxburn, AB. Focus on building customer relationships and promoting a diverse range of Agro products and solutions.
In this position, you will report to the Agribusiness Manager, executing a proactive customer program and offering expert agronomic advice tailored to customer needs.
Your role will contribute significantly to our Agro Division's success while upholding South Country Co-op's commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a proactive customer contact program
• Enhance sales of Agro product lines across the region
• Provide customized agronomic advice and support
• Develop relationships with contractors and growers
• Stay current on industry trends and practices
Requirements:
• At least 8 years in agriculture required
• Minimum of 5 years in progressive sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture preferred
• Strong agronomy background essential
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
