Cooper Equipment Rentals is seeking a motivated individual for a B2B rental sales position. The successful candidate will identify and pursue sales opportunities, while building relationships with contractors and decision-makers. This role requires understanding climate control equipment needs, negotiating agreements, and actively contributing to sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and contractors
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals
• Conduct on-site visits for customer assessments
• Negotiate rental agreements with professionalism
Requirements:
• Valid Class 5 driver's license and clean abstract
• Proven experience in B2B outside sales
• Strong understanding of the construction equipment rental industry
• Knowledge of propane and climate control solutions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
