Position: Full-Time Front Counter Sales Role
Become the first point of contact at Kal Tire in Lethbridge as a Front Counter Sales Representative. Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting with product choices and inquiries.

This full-time temporary role involves engaging with customers and assisting them in selecting suitable automotive products and services. You'll maintain an organized workspace, collaborate with the shop team, and ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with inquiries

• Prepare quotes and support sales decisions

• Complete vehicle check-ins outdoors in varying weather

• Use systems to check parts, pricing, and availability

• Process transactions and prepare invoices accurately

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service and sales

• Interest in automotive products and services

• Ability to work in various weather conditions

• Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset

• Valid driver’s license is an asset
