Maintenance Technician Northview Properties

You will report to the Maintenance Supervisor, applying your technical knowledge in electrical systems, plumbing, and carpentry. With at least three years of building maintenance experience, you'll perform drywall repairs, minor electrical tasks, and essential plumbing work. Strong customer service skills are key, as you build positive relationships with our residents while executing work orders efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety compliance in all maintenance tasks

• Conduct general maintenance including drywall and plumbing

• Respond to and prioritize work orders promptly

• Assist in routine building inspections and preventative maintenance

• Maintain tools and manage equipment inventory

Requirements:

• Minimum three years in building maintenance

• Good knowledge of electrical systems and plumbing

• Flexible availability for different shifts

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Valid driver's license with clear driving record
