Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, you'll perform a variety of maintenance tasks in our residential buildings. Your work will help ensure compliance with health and safety standards while enhancing the living experience for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Comply with health and safety guidelines

• Handle minor plumbing and drywall repairs

• Manage electrical repairs and system checks

• Assist with renovations and upkeep of common areas

• Respond to urgent work orders promptly
Requirements:

• Experience in building maintenance is essential

• Background check with no relevant convictions

• Provide valid driver’s license and annual abstract if driving

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work with tools
