Reliance is looking for an HVAC Installer who will become an important part of our team and grow with us. The role focuses on installing HVAC equipment, ensuring safety, and providing excellent customer service.

• Professionally install HVAC equipment, accessories, and related items in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes.
• Ensure the safe operation of all new installations and correctly instruct customers on proper care and maintenance.
• Be willing to learn and grow as part of a progressive, customer‑service oriented team.
• Build positive relationships with customers, offering company products and services and demonstrating strong communication and problem‑solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to all safety rules.
• Explain the benefits of newer, highly efficient equipment to the customer.
• Maintain the company vehicle to a neat, clean, and safe standard.
• Successfully obtain HVAC leads and meet company performance targets.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation work.
• Gas B ticket.
• Demonstrated strong technical and customer service skills, meeting company metrics in current and previous roles.
• Class 5 Driver’s License.
• Availability to work during days, evenings, and weekends.
• Physical capability to perform all required work.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
