Position: Full-Time Lead Field Hand Position
Dynamic Disposal Ltd. is searching for a full-time Lead Field Hand in Gull Lake to oversee field operations in Oilfield Waste Management. This engaging role includes leadership, hands-on work, and strategic oversight.

As the Lead Field Hand, you'll supervise the team while guiding them through daily tasks and ensuring quality and efficiency.

Your role will entail monitoring progress, addressing any immediate issues, and maintaining open lines of communication with management. Your mechanical skills will be put to good use in ensuring all equipment is well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct work of the field team

• Maintain quality work standards among team members

• Tackle team issues and communicate effectively

• Execute hands-on tasks alongside workforce

• Ensure rental fleet maintenance is up to date

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and management skills required

• Extensive experience with skid steers/loaders

• Ability to thrive in high-paced conditions

• Physically fit to lift 50+ lbs

• Positive attitude and good time management
