As a Maintenance Millwright at our Lethbridge Manufacturing Facility, you will perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot breakdowns. This role seeks candidates with a Journeyman certification and at least one year of experience in a manufacturing environment. Engage in safety initiatives and work collaboratively with production teams to maximize operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on equipment

• Repair and analyze breakdown issues efficiently

• Install and upgrade production lines with new technology

• Collaborate on safety and quality initiatives

• Work with technicians and contractors for optimal operations

Requirements:

• Certified Journeyman Millwright or Red Seal

• Minimum one year of manufacturing experience

• Skills in predictive maintenance and PLCs are advantageous

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs frequently

• Comfortable with physical labor and safety training tasks
