In this essential position, you will assist various branches across the region with equipment repairs and maintenance.

Your role will include evaluating equipment conditions, ordering parts, and maintaining service records. Collaborating with branch staff will be crucial to ensuring client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support branches by reconditioning and repairing equipment

• Maintain thorough records for repairs and part usage

• Collaborate effectively with management and customers

• Order parts to facilitate timely service completion

• Ensure shop tools and equipment are in excellent condition

Requirements:

• Strong technical ability in heavy machinery repair

• Completion of a formal apprenticeship program is preferred

• Knowledge of agriculture or construction industry standards

• Health and safety best practices understanding

• Familiarity with Case IH and Case CE preferred
