As a Regional Heavy Equipment Technician, you’ll ensure repairing and reconditioning agricultural machinery is completed at high-quality levels. You will maintain meticulous records and oversee the upkeep of tools and equipment.

Your role involves valuable interactions with customers and collaborating with branch staff to uphold safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair all equipment components based on assigned tasks

• Maintain records for repairs, parts, and supplies accurately

• Ensure shop tools and work areas are well-maintained

• Communicate effectively with staff, customers, and management

• Provide regional support by traveling to different branches as needed

Requirements:

• Strong technical skills in equipment repair

• Completion of a formal apprenticeship program preferred

• Knowledge of agriculture and/or construction sectors

• Commitment to health and safety practices

• Awareness of Case IH and Case CE beneficial
